“
my purpose is to empower people
to make their voice and presence matter.
Not because I’ve always done it right.
But because I know what it feels like to get it wrong.
When I was 18, my dad passed away unexpectedly.
At that moment, everything changed.
I didn’t know how to process the weight of that loss—so I didn’t.
I coped the only way I knew how: by disconnecting.
I buried the pain in achievement.
I led from ego. I chased validation.
And somewhere along the way, I lost empathy—not just for others, but for myself.
It took 12 years—and a hard look in the mirror—to realize that if I wanted to lead differently, I had to live differently. That was my wake-up call.
Since then, I’ve done the deep work. The certifications, the coaching, the writing, the speaking—all of it flows from one truth:
You can’t build trust with others if you haven’t learned to trust yourself.
Today, I help leaders rewrite the story of how they show up.
Not from ego, but from alignment.
Not from noise, but from presence.
Because when you know your voice matters—you lead like it.
Justin Earned His
Certified Speaking Professional

The Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation is the highest earned designation awarded by the National Speakers Association.
But here’s why it matters to you:
It’s not just letters. It’s proof.
Proof that I’ve consistently delivered measurable impact to audiences over the course of a decade. Proof that peers have reviewed my work, clients have vouched for my results, and I’ve met rigorous standards for revenue, consistency, and excellence.
To earn this, you can’t just be inspiring—you have to be effective.
You can’t just have a good talk—you need a track record.
When you bring me in, you’re not rolling the dice. You’re choosing a speaker with verified experience, results, and integrity.
That’s the standard I bring to every room I walk into.
This Is the Face of Alzheimer’s
And This Is Why I Walk.
My mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s around 2023. It’s a heartbreaking and cruel disease.
That's why a portion of every speaking engagement I deliver is donated to the fight to end Alzheimer's.

How do you explain what it means to mourn someone before they’re even gone?
Alzheimer’s doesn’t just steal memories. It steals moments. It rewrites connection in real time—and every day asks us to meet our loved ones where they are, not where we wish they could be.
I’ve learned that my only job right now is to make mom feel safe and loved—and jump into whatever reality she has in that moment.
My new motto is simple: “Love the version you get today.”
I know one day she may forget who I am, but I'm on a mission to make sure she never forgets how loved she is.
That’s why I walk. That’s why I give.
Trust Starts Here™ Code
These aren’t just the values I speak about. They’re how I build trust—on stage, in business, and in life.
Presence Over Performance
Presence is the greatest gift we give someone. I don’t need to be perfect—I need to be here. Fully.
You Can’t Fake Care
You either show up or you don’t.
Trust is felt—and people can tell when it’s real.
Love People Enough to Tell the Truth
I lean into courage—even when the truth is uncomfortable.
Refuse to Own Others’ Insecurities
Not everyone will like you—and that’s their work, not yours. I don’t shrink to fit. Those aren’t my people.
Put the Team Before Yourself
Learned from Pat Summitt. Trust is a team sport.
Be Proud of the How
I ask myself daily: “What choice would I make if I was focused on building trust?”
